Our sales are always safe and orderly. Early birds are assigned a index card with a number, and we never duplicate numbers. We have employees in each room, wearing a bright red Lotsofgoodys apron, to help prevent visitors with "sticky fingers."
We have a certified gemologist who is a GIA graduate at every sale. We carry a one million dollar liablity insurance policy and will present it upon meeting you.
We have extensive knowledge in the collectibles and ephemera market, which can bring you a lot more money. Good collectibles are the key to a successful sale. Average, run-of-the-mill items that can be purchased at a local thrift shop won’t attract buyers to your estate sale.
Many clients have repeatedly thrown away valuable articles before we have even made a call to the residence. We ask that you do not throw anything away before we visit. We will help you decide what is real garbage and what is not.
At the end of the sale, we will make charity arrangements with helping hands ministries for you at no extra charge. If you require additional cleanup and clean-out services for debris, we can handle that too and provide a quote for what needs to be removed.
